About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Senior to join our team in Farnham. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for leading audits from planning to completion, working closely with senior team members to ensure high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of audit assignments, including preparation of audit files, undertaking audit planning, and leading fieldwork.
  • Oversee junior auditors, including workflow management, reviewing work, and providing training.
  • Ensure audit assignments are completed to the highest quality, working with senior management to ensure deadlines and budgets are being met.
  • Prepare and review statutory accounts, corporation tax computations, and research changes to auditing, tax, and accounting legislations and practices.
  • Liaise directly with clients, building strong rapport and proactively handling queries.

Requirements
  • ACCA or ACA qualified or finalist, with a minimum of three years' experience within UK practice.
  • Relevant degree of 2:1 or higher.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Sound IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong work ethic, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Enthusiasm to learn from an experienced team and a proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
