We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Surgical First Assistant to provide high-quality patient care and support our clinical teams across the UK. As a key member of our OR team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our patients and delivering exceptional healthcare services.

About the Role:

As a Surgical First Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting surgeons and other healthcare professionals during surgical procedures, providing medication administration, and supporting patient care. Your expertise and experience will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services.

Requirements:
  • Valid NMC Pin and completed preceptorship for newly qualified nurses
  • 6 months of experience as a Surgical First Assistant
  • Valid right to work in the UK (Sponsorship not provided)
  • Proof of vaccinations/immunity
  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service
  • Proof of Mandatory training aligned to the Skills for Health UK CSTF standards
  • 2x Clinical References
