About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Suppression Solutions Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth in the EMEALA data centre colocation vertical through building relationships with specific accounts or opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize account penetration of assigned accounts by serving the full spectrum of Fire Suppression solutions needed, leveraging Johnson Controls' broad portfolio of Fire Suppression offerings.
  • Seek to establish Johnson Controls as the preferred supplier of Fire Suppression equipment with consulting engineers, design build contractors, and colocation operators.
  • Ensure customer retention and growth of assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving Fire Suppression sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to adapt and flex while working on influencing and guiding customers with a consultative approach.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment as an individual contributor.
  • Fluent language skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling Fire Suppression solutions within the data centre/colocation industry.
  • An existing network/relationships within the data centers industry (consulting engineers, contractors, and colocation operators).
