We are seeking a Senior Culinary Expert to join our team at ESS in the UK. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional food experiences for our customers.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality cuisine and a proven track record in a similar role. You will work closely with our kitchen team to create menus that exceed customer expectations.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment, creating an outstanding culinary experience for our customers in the market-leading food service company in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
  2. Lead the kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality food presentation
  3. Collaborate with suppliers to source fresh ingredients and maintain excellent relationships
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior culinary role
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Possession of a valid Food Hygiene Certificate
