Make a Difference in a Child's Life

As a highly valued Children's Residential Support Worker at Esland Care, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding childcare and helping our young people achieve amazing outcomes. Our Preston home offers a dual service with a smaller setting for two young people who need therapeutic placements. You will support their domestic needs, education, socialisation skills, and help them learn new things and experience fun activities and excursions together.

What We're Looking For:

We need nurturing and supportive individuals who share our values and are committed to taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare. If you have experience in a children's residential care home and a Level 3 diploma in residential childcare, that's a bonus A full driving licence and the right to work in the UK are essential. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality childcare and support to our young people
* Work collaboratively with our team to achieve amazing outcomes
