About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team at Bristol Waste Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as wiping surfaces and emptying bins.
- Perform high-level cleaning tasks, such as cleaning at heights and using chemical solutions.
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure a safe, clean, and hygienic environment is maintained.
Requirements:
- A full driving licence is essential for this role.
- Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £12.00 per hour.
- 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
- Employer contribution of 5% into the company pension scheme.
