- Client Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with clients, providing additional information and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Reporting: Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales progress, and feedback, providing regular updates to management.
- Sales Background: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in a high-end market. While new homes experience is an advantage, it is not required.
- Customer Journey Understanding: Strong ability to understand and support the customer journey, from initial interest to final purchase.
- Presentation: Professional and well-presented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with clients.
- Availability: Must be able to work on-site during weekends and Mondays, as these are the critical days for client interaction.
