About the Job

The successful candidate will have experience within a pump engineer role with a relevant mechanical qualification or time served. They will also have sound and current knowledge of submersible pumps and strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

As a Pump Maintenance and Repair Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of service quality and ensuring that our customers can hire what they want, when they need it through efficient servicing and maintenance of submersible pumps and service equipment within the GAP fleet.

Responsibilities
  • Travel to regional depots and customer sites to identify and repair faults or damage to equipment, including submersible pumps, hoses, cables, control panels, and generators
  • Accurately update service records
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers
