We are seeking a diligent Year 2 Teacher for an inclusive school in Enfield North London. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education to Year 2 students, ensuring their academic and personal growth.

The ideal candidate will join a supportive and dynamic team of educators who are committed to creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 2 students

• Implement appropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspire students

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices

• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behavior and positive relationships

• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns

**Required Qualifications and Experience:**

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Proven experience teaching Year 2 students in a primary school setting

• Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners

**Benefits:**

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a contributory pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
