Director of Policy and Regulatory Affairs

Caspian One is seeking a seasoned Director of Policy and Regulatory Affairs to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our regulatory strategy and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regulatory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational and reputational risk.
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory reporting requirements and ensure accurate and timely submission of reports.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, vendors, and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and ensure our organization is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
