Job Description:

We are seeking a Paralegal to join our team in Southampton, providing administrative support to our Corporate, Charities, and Restructuring & Insolvency departments.

The successful candidate will assist Partners in the team with routine compliance matters, billing, diary management, preparing electronic bundles and service letters, and completing simple Court and Companies House forms.

You will need to be flexible, display a high level of attention to detail, prioritize your workload, and work as part of a team to help achieve departmental targets.

A strong organizational skillset and confident telephone manner are essential for this role.
