**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at Trinity Resource Solutions. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service agents, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving process improvements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage a team of customer service agents, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
* Effectively manage calls, enquiries, orders, complaints, and log all details of actions taken within our CRM system
* Work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer service processes
* Collaborate with the line manager to assign tasks and projects to the team

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years' experience in team management and B2C customer service
