Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Education Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal development of our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic support to students in the classroom, working closely with teachers to ensure students receive the help they need.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of educational programs, including lesson planning and preparation.
- Support the inclusion of vulnerable students, working with teachers and other staff to develop strategies for their support.
- Take on a class lead role, covering classes as required and providing instruction to students.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture, working with colleagues to promote a culture of respect and empathy.
Requirements
- Commitment to the inclusion and success of all students.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Experience in supporting the inclusion of vulnerable students (desirable).
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
