Job Overview
A dedicated care partner is required to support Aisha, a young lady with Cerebral Palsy, in her daily activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing companionship, promoting self-esteem and confidence, and encouraging social and leisure activities.

About the Role
This fixed-term contract, lasting 12 months with the possibility of extension, requires a caring and patient individual to work on a part-time basis (approx. 9 hours per week during term time). The role involves supervising and supporting Aisha to access the community, reduce anxiety, and navigate social situations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with Aisha's family.

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a cheerful, caring, and positive attitude, with a friendly and calm demeanor. Desirable qualifications include sharing similar interests with Aisha, such as shopping, sewing, and sports. As a driver is not required, the ability to encourage and support Aisha to use public transport is beneficial.

Benefits
This rewarding role offers a competitive salary of £16.50 per hour (weekdays) and £17.50 per hour (weekends), 5.6 weeks annual leave pro rata, pension (subject to qualifying status), and free DBS check. Additionally, the company provides induction, relevant training opportunities, regular clinical supervision/review meetings, and ongoing support from a dedicated Case Manager and HR department.
