Medical Office Coordinator

This part-time position involves providing outstanding customer service, managing client accounts, and assisting chiropractors with patient care and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and SMS messages.
- Schedule appointments and manage client accounts.
- Perform administrative tasks, including cash handling and inventory management.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and social media posts.
- Ability to work 19 hours per week and Saturdays.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with appointment setting and sales (desirable).
- Fully supplemented chiropractic care.
