Chiropractic Assistant/Clinic Receptionist Job Summary

This part-time position involves providing outstanding customer service, managing client accounts, and assisting chiropractors with patient care and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and SMS messages.
  • Schedule appointments and manage client accounts.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and social media posts.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work 19 hours per week and Saturdays.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with appointment setting and sales (desirable).
