Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Hospitality Sales and Business Development Lead to join our team at Silverstone.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our hospitality sales efforts and drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, focusing on key market segments and cross-selling across various departments.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to maximise sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and event teams to create comprehensive event plans that ensure excellent customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hospitality sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • An in-depth understanding of the hospitality industry, market dynamics, and sales techniques.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
