As an ambassador for the brand, the Store Manager guarantees the image of Sessùn. They are responsible for the sales and KPIs performance of the store and work closely with the Area Manager to maximize sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development
- Analyze the business, propose action plans to reach qualitative and quantitative objectives, and improve results.
- Partner with the Area Manager to maximize sales.
- Responsible for the sales and KPIs performance of the store.
- Team Management
- Set personalized objectives for every team member and follow-ups to develop behavior, performance, and capabilities.
- Create and foster a dynamic environment, motivate employees to maximize team spirit, promote teamwork, and maintain harmonious staff relations.
- Set achievable goals and targets and ensure the staff follows Company guidelines and is held accountable for achieving set goals.
- Attract, develop, and lead a high-performance team through effective training, coaching, and/or motivational activities.
- Motivate the team to drive results through effective training, accountability, and celebrating successes.
- Plan and conduct daily and weekly in-store briefings to motivate the team, set objectives, and show how to reach them.
- Support the new staff onboarding experience with informative and inspiring participation.
- Ensure staff is groomed, inviting, professional, and knowledgeable on product and related company information.
- Client Management
- Ensure superior customer service standards through constant follow-up with the team to deliver the Sessùn experience.
- Be a brand ambassador and build relationships with clients. Be an example for the team by engaging in customer interactions.
- Develop and expand the customer base.
- Maintain an active social relationship with clients and the community by understanding the needs and changes of the market.
