As a Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for managing hotel reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our team to deliver a seamless guest experience. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage hotel reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest bookings
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  3. Work closely with our team to deliver a seamless guest experience, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming welcome
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our guests, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in hotel reservations or a related field
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  3. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
