About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SHEQ professional to join our team as Head of SHEQ. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining a robust SHEQ performance regime company-wide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading on all aspects of SHEQ performance, ensuring continuous improvement to our in-house standards, systems, and procedures.
  • Implementing legislative compliance and best practices across the teams.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust SHEQ performance regime.

Requirements

  • NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) Level 6 in Occupational Safety and Health.
  • ISO Internal Auditor (desirable).
  • 10 years' experience in an operational SHEQ role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior SHEQ/Quality role.
