Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Experience Retail team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client projects and day-to-day account activities, delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.
About the Role
This is a dream role for an Account Manager with a passion for the sports industry, offering regular international travel opportunities. You will work closely with clients and internal departments to deliver great work, ensuring strong relationships and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client objectives and challenges, developing market insights to support planning and creative processes.
- Ensure senior strategic or creative input in projects and meetings, presenting creative output for senior sign-off.
- Manage work in progress and status reports internally and externally.
