Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at River Island. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales advisors and ensuring that the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and overheads.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety, security, and customer service standards.
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably with River Island.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of retail systems, including POS, inventory management, and visual merchandising software.
