Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Natural Resources Team working on the Severn Trent framework. The successful candidate will have the option to work from home, with regular site visits to Wanlip in Leicestershire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing commercial resources (people and finance) of assigned projects to maximise planned gross margin through contract placement and control.
  • Assessing, reviewing, and mitigating commercial and contractual risks.
  • Completing and supporting project variation authorisation and submission.
  • Maximising cash flow through work control, measurement, valuation, and customer invoicing.
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will hold a degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying and have experience working on complex civil projects within the water industry or a transferable process-oriented field.

Salary Information
