About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant in our Leeds City Centre office. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing top tech talent, and positioning yourself as a supplier of choice for your target customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with candidates and clients to build strong networks of top tech talent in your market
  • Position yourself as a supplier of choice for your target customers through sophisticated business development techniques
  • Blend hard work and sales activity with leveraging the latest technologies and AI platforms to source candidates efficiently and effectively and win new clients
  • Sell diverse products and services, including retained search, contract recruitment solutions, and ED&I services
  • Promote and host your own tech networking events, connecting with industry professionals and enhancing our presence in the tech community

Requirements
  • Degree Educated OR Sales experience
