About the Role

Miryco Consultants Ltd is looking for a Credit Portfolio Manager Associate to manage counterparty risks across a diverse portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse credit/market risk portfolio trends and concentrations.
  • Prepare and deliver timely, high-quality reports for proactive risk management.
  • Contribute to regulatory and system-related risk projects.

We expect the successful candidate to have a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Salary: We estimate the salary for this position to be around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

  • Essential: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or finance field.
  • Desirable: Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM).

Experience & Skills:

  • 4+ years' experience in credit risk management, particularly with funds or agency lending.
  • Familiarity with financial products and master documentation (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and IT skills, including advanced Excel.
  • Proactive and team-oriented, with excellent communication abilities.
