Front Office Coordinator

You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient administrative tasks, and exceptional customer service skills. Your friendly demeanor and professionalism will make all the difference in shaping that first impression.
Salary: £12 per hour, paid bi-weekly, plus Sodexo benefits package including free parking onsite.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 07:00-13:00, 12:00-18:00, 07:30-12:30, 12:00-17:00
- 25 hours per week

What You Will Do:
- Shape the first impression by greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
- Showcase your proficiency in receiving incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department
- Assist in maintaining a tidy and inviting reception area
- Provide support with administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling
- Be the go-to person for providing information and assistance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
