Job Description:

At Opus Resourcing Ltd, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Data Engineering and Innovation to lead our team in developing and implementing data-centric systems and data pipelines/data analytics. Salary:
Competitive salary range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.

Job Description:
As our Director of Data Engineering and Innovation, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-centric systems and data pipelines/data analytics. This will involve working closely with our team to design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You'll also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior team members, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in software development, data engineering, and team leadership. You'll need to be proficient in Python and have experience with data pipelines/data analytics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with our team and clients. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
