Join Our Team as an Investment Writer

Lombard Odier is a renowned global wealth and asset manager with a strong focus on sustainable investing. As a leading bank of choice for private and institutional clients, we offer a comprehensive range of discretionary and advisory portfolio management, wealth services, and custody solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Investment Writer to join our Investment Marketing and Communications Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality investment content, including articles, research papers, and marketing materials, to support our investment communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a content strategy to engage our target audience and promote our investment services.
  2. Write and edit investment articles, research papers, and marketing materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency with our brand voice.
  3. Collaborate with economists, investment strategists, and asset-class experts to create regular investment articles and research papers.
  4. Assist in drafting regular media commentaries and op-eds for global financial media outlets.
  5. Ensure timely content dissemination across internal and external channels, repurposing and condensing assets into channel-required formats.
  6. Coordinate with Marketing and Communications to optimize online and social content.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Journalism, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Strong experience working in financial journalism.
  3. English native with outstanding English writing skills; French a plus.
  4. Strong knowledge of financial markets, economy, public and private asset classes.
  5. Ability to write complex investment topics for lay audiences.
  6. Strong team player, flexible, able to meet tight deadlines under pressure, prioritise and multitask.
