Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality social work services to children and families, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, partner agencies, and community groups to provide a comprehensive support network.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, young people, and their families, promoting trust and confidence.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve outcomes for children and families.
- Participate in regular supervision, training, and professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A competitive salary of £36,648 - £44,428 per annum, depending on experience.
- A welcome payment of £4,000, annual retention payment of £2,000, and up to £8,000 relocation package.
- Flexible and agile working opportunities, including part-time hours and job share arrangements.
- 25.5 days annual leave rising to 30.5 days after 5 years continuous service, plus an option to purchase 10 days of additional leave per year.
