Job Title: Group Leader, Risk Management

At On, we are seeking a highly skilled Group Leader, Risk Management to oversee the operational and commercial management of all first, middle, and last mile carrier agreements. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to high performance standards, operating procedures, and business rules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver On's transportation cost and quality goals through the procurement of freight and last mile transportation service partners.
  • Research and develop key distribution strategies to manage logistics cost and performance.
  • Partner with Logistics team members to manage carrier quality and execution.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Own carrier compliance/sourcing risk management on behalf of On.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in transportation management, carrier management and/or logistics project management.
  • 5+ years of experience in extracting data, analyzing results, and developing recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Project management experience in the development, implementation, and management of various size projects.
  • Familiarity with DDP, DDU, Section 321 and other cross-border/international shipments and other complex international shipping flows.
