The Role

Hello Earth is seeking a dynamic Performance Content & Videography Manager to champion our clients' brand narratives with innovative video-led Performance Content strategies. This role is central to strengthening client relationships and bridging videography and performance content with paid social. You'll collaborate closely with the Social & Content Lead to drive the content team's development, campaign execution, and on occasion, organic social management.

This role would suit someone with strong experience in videography, Performance Content strategy, and User-generated Content (UGC) for Paid Social channels including Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, and ideation, blending creativity and strategy to amplify client brands within the dynamic digital content landscape.

You could be a Content Manager, Videographer, Performance Content Manager, Performance Marketer, or Paid Social Media Marketer with strong experience in the creation of user-generated video content, video production, scripts, and content plans. Key Responsibilities
  • We define content as visual storytelling and as part of this role, you will be required to:
  • Develop briefs, understand client hooks, and create content scripts and creative structures that ensure visual storytelling that converts.
  • Develop and manage relationships with a portfolio of key eCommerce clients, ensuring the delivery of top-quality service and meeting all client objectives, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Work closely with the paid team and clients to agree on objectives.
  • Develop, brief, and curate compelling User Generated Video Content across various Paid Social platforms.
  • Champion video innovation within the service, identifying the latest available opportunities for more stylized and produced content and rolling this out amongst relevant clients.
  • Collaborate with our creative team, internal and external content creators, and execs to conceptualize and produce inventive video content.
  • Work closely with wider Marketing, Design, and Strategy teams to ensure cohesive video content.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to ensure video content remains fresh and engaging.
  • Build and develop relationships with external videographers and content creators.
About You
  • A genuine passion for developing performance-driven video content strategies for Paid Social channels that produce conscious and impactful results.
  • Solid background in videography and User Generated Content (UGC) creation for a variety of brands.
  • Strong grasp of Paid Social Media dynamics and platform nuances, particularly video content on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Creative, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in videography, content creation, or social media management, ideally within an eCommerce agency environment.
