We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at Diversity Travel. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the development and performance of our products used by internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define, prioritize, and own the product backlog for business-as-usual and project work.
- Perform internal and external demos of the product to showcase its features and benefits.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure they understand new features, user stories, acceptance testing, and support the design of solutions.
- Collaborate with the QA team and stakeholders to ensure the product meets the highest quality standards and aligns with the strategic product roadmap.
- Proven experience as a Feature Owner in a similar role, working with data.
- Solid understanding of online technology, software development lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to prioritize a backlog with both features and technical tasks to support.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience in the travel industry (desirable but not essential).
- 5 days holiday (plus bank holidays), rising to 24.5 days after 12 months of service.
