Adult Services Programme Lead

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated professional to join our team as Skills Centre Manager in Godalming, Surrey.
Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum.
About the Opportunity:
This role offers a unique chance to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults by leading our Skills Centre and Social Hub.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of our Skills Centre to ensure seamless delivery of activities and services.
- Developing and implementing a vibrant and engaging timetable of activities that cater to diverse needs and interests.
- Generating KPI reports and managing budgets with support from senior leadership.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records of service users, including attendance and risk assessments.
- Collaborating with professionals from adult social care and health authorities to enhance service provision.
- Transforming our café into a thriving social hub that fosters connections and a sense of community.
- Fostering relationships with external stakeholders to promote social inclusion and engagement.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require previous experience supporting adults with disabilities, as well as experience working in an activities centre in a management capacity. A general understanding of day centre operational needs within a social care setting is essential, along with knowledge of health and wellbeing principles.
You must be computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
