About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional recruitment services that meet and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in proactive calling and lead generation activities to identify potential clients and bring in new business.
  • Conduct meetings with prospects to understand their needs, present our solutions, and negotiate favourable terms providing exceptional levels of service.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment to our clients.
  • Manage every aspect of the process from advert writing to offer management.
  • Identify and attract talent that satisfies your clients' requirements.
  • Sourcing and developing excellent candidate relationships, maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
  • Consistently meeting sales targets and KPI's that aid our business goals and your personal targets.
