About the Role

This exciting opportunity at Wyre Forest Health Partnership (WFHP) presents a unique chance to work as a member of the WFHP team and build connections with various local services. As a Work and Health Coach, you will be part of a county-wide network and contribute to the Workwell programme.

Key Responsibilities

You will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds to help them return to work, assessing barriers and providing support and coaching to overcome these challenges. This will involve working closely with the local community, participants, and other services to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in coaching and mentoring, with the ability to work flexibly and make sound judgments. You will also be required to manage a caseload, receive and process referrals, and validate participant eligibility. Additionally, you will provide coaching and support on a one-to-one basis and refer participants to other services as needed.
