**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Stirling Q&R. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering and experience working with cross-functional teams. They will be able to develop and implement quality assurance protocols and standards, conduct risk assessments and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA), and perform root cause analysis on product defects and nonconformities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and standards
  • Conduct risk assessments and FMEA for new and existing products
  • Perform root cause analysis on product defects and nonconformities

**Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in quality engineering within the medical device or related industry
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and process validation

**Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
