We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join our team at Arnold Clark Group.

This role involves managing and coaching a team of vehicle technicians and apprentices, ensuring targets and business objectives are met. You will also be responsible for scheduling work to meet customer needs, taking into account workshop targets, job complexity, and part availability.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the motor industry, including workshop control or technician roles. Relevant skills include time management, teamwork, and technical knowledge.

A competitive salary of £42,500 - £52,500 per annum is on offer, depending on experience. This includes an additional opportunity to earn up to £9,000 every three years in performance-based bonuses.

In addition to a generous salary, you will enjoy benefits such as 33 days' annual leave, private healthcare, sick pay cover, maternity and paternity packages, and employee discounts.
