The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with SEN, ensuring they receive the tailored support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to children with SEN, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Collaborate with our SENCO and teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.

- Monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
