As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring every shift runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include enabling your team to deliver exceptional service, confidently dealing with any issues that arise, and organizing rotas to meet busy periods.

As a member of our close-knit team, you'll help create a supportive and confident environment for everyone. We'll provide you with a place on our Supervisor Development Programme, mentored by the wider team, to ensure you feel part of our big family.

Glendola Leisure operates many bars, pubs, and restaurants across the UK, and in your city, you'll be part of a small team supported by our wider group. We're passionate about our customers, expert in our products, and committed to exceptional service and continuous improvement.
