We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager Liaison to lead and enhance our manufacturing operations. You will coach and mentor plant management teams, with focus on maximizing efficiency, quality, and productivity. This role requires a strategic entrepreneur with extensive experience in plant management and a strong track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor plant management teams to deliver best-in-industry performance in all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production, engineering, quality, materials management, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and optimize resource utilization.
- Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed goals in process yields, on-time delivery, cycle time, labor efficiency, and safety.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and employee development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years in general management expertise (Operations & P&L) in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in leading plant turnarounds and achieving operational excellence.
- Experience working in Mexico/Latin America and fluency in Spanish.
