We are seeking a skilled and experienced Associate Dentist to join our busy, independently owned practice in County Durham. The ideal candidate will be available to work 2-5 days per week and have a flexible number of UDAs.

* 2 Fully computerised surgeries
* Exact Software
* Digital X-rays
* Parking on site

Compliance Requirements:

* Local Area Team confirmation
* UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within the last 5 years
* Passport
* Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
* CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
