About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Care Worker to join our team at Home Instead. As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in their own homes.

About the Job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Companionship - ensuring our clients enjoy regular and meaningful social interaction
  • Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping
  • Personal care - supporting clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming

Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.20 per hour weekdays and £14.70 per hour weekends, plus double pay for enhanced bank holiday rates. You will also have the opportunity to earn a welcome bonus of £100 once you complete your initial training.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a UK resident with the right to work in the UK and have a genuine interest in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients.
