Window Technician

We are seeking a skilled Window Technician to join our team at Ongo Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out glazing tasks to a high standard in occupied and empty properties.
The ideal candidate will have relevant trade qualifications in glazing or 5 years of glazing experience. You will also possess good knowledge of Health and Safety at Work practices and the ability to carry out dynamic risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out glazing to windows and doors, including making safe, measuring and ordering of glass as required.
- Repair and replace window and door locks, garage doors and locks.
- Identify and renew beadings and reseal windows and doors.
- Install new windows, including measuring, specifying and making good as required.
- A competitive salary of £31,267.27 per annum.
- An enrolment on our Aviva pension scheme with a 9.5% employer contribution.
- 30 days holiday plus extra days off for Bank Holidays/Birthdays.
