Role Overview

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Specialist to join our team in Droitwich Spa. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and substantial work experience in mechanical project engineering, particularly within project-focused environments such as construction, manufacturing, or energy.

The role involves designing, modelling, and analysing mechanical systems and components using software like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or ANSYS. You will be responsible for defining project requirements and objectives with stakeholders to establish clear project goals and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, modelling, and analysing mechanical systems and components.
  • Developing and reviewing technical specifications, schematics, and layout drawings.
  • Defining project requirements and objectives with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Substantial work experience in mechanical project engineering.
  • Certifications: PMP, AGPM or Prince 2.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in mechanical design and analysis software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS, or similar).

Salary: £62,000 - £75,000 per year

Location: Droitwich Spa, EMEA region. Full driving licence required.
