We are looking for an experienced **Dementia Support Assistant** to join our care team at Iverley View. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with residents who require dementia-specific care and support. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily tasks, providing emotional support, and promoting independence.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

- Promote independence and encourage residents to participate in activities

- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a can-do approach. Previous experience in caring for individuals with dementia is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
