Dairy Crest Limited is seeking an experienced Risk Assessment and Management Advisor to join our health and safety team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
- Provide training and support to staff on health and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Relevant health and safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum
