Advanced Critical Care Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Critical Care Practitioner to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a critical care specialist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care to critically ill patients across the trust.
The successful candidate will hold Faculty of Intensive Care Medicine membership and have extensive critical care knowledge and clinical skills. You will be a motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong desire to develop yourself to deliver outstanding care within the four pillars of advanced clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Work autonomously or under Consultant supervision to deliver patient care to Level 1-3 critically ill patients
- Review patients on acute wards and in the Emergency Department
- Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
- Contribute to the development of a flexible and sustainable workforce for Critical Care in the Emergency Care Hospital
