Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate processing of financial transactions, including invoicing and payment reconciliation
  • Timely collection of accounts receivable, ensuring minimal bad debt
  • Regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports to management and stakeholders
  • Liaising with stakeholders regarding financial matters, including clients and suppliers
  • Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning to ensure business growth and profitability
  • Maintaining financial records in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Contributing to the overall effectiveness of the finance team, providing support and guidance as needed

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including [insert software]
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
