About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care and support for our residents.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Assist with medication administration and mobility assistance.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, enhancing their overall quality of life.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience working in a care setting, preferably with older adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring and empathetic approach to supporting vulnerable individuals.
What We Offer:
In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
$29,000 - $32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
