About the Role

We are seeking an Electronics Technician to support our R&D team throughout the whole lifecycle of product development from concept and prototype stages, through to production and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to the R&D team in the development of new products and technologies.
  • Assist in the testing and validation of electronic systems and components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of electronic systems and components.
  • Experience with soldering and rework stations.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and test equipment.
  • Experience with very small package components (0201, QFPs, and others) & ESD protection awareness.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of between £28,000 to £33,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits / Prospects.
