Are you a skilled Theatre Practitioner with a passion for delivering high-quality care in orthopaedic scrub nursing? Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking an experienced professional to join their Theatre department at one of their sites based in Surrey.

This role offers the chance to work with state-of-the-art facilities and be part of a team that values clinical excellence. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Theatre department
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Nursing or related field
  • Current registration with NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council)
  • Proven experience in Theatre nursing, preferably in orthopaedics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
